Terri in the Observer Newspaper

Happy Day! We all woke to a wonderful newspaper article in the Sunday Observer.

Thank you Sharon and Bill for helping to spread the word and bring more awareness to ALS and those like Terri that are fighting the battle!IMG_0076

Terri and Josh left this morning for another drive to the Mayo Clinic. Jeff will arrive tomorrow after working on a project for work. On Tuesday, Terri will have her bone marrow extracted. She returns in July to have the harvested marrow returned to her as her own stem cells! Please continue to pray for a positive outcome and a reduction of symptoms to this horrible disease.

In addition to the great article in today’s community paper, we are organizing two big events in the coming weeks:

1) Zumba with a Cause = ALS. $10 at Skateland West on Sunday, July 12 from 6-8pm. All proceeds go to the ALS Association of Michigan.  Learn more at https://www.facebook.com/events/906178422772880/.

2) Bowling Night for My Friend Terri. Join us for a fun night of bowling, prizes, and friends! Friday, August 7 starting at 6:00 pm at Westland Bowl. $25 advance registration. More information can be found athttps://www.facebook.com/events/1439983386303909/.

You can follow along with Terri and her battle with ALS on her community Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/myfriendterri?fref=ts

As Terri always says:
God is good always, and so are miracles and cures! XOXOXO
