2025 MyFriendTerri.com Golf Event Set for September 28, 2025: Mastering Help for ALS
The 7th MyFriendTerri.com Charity Golf Event on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Fellows Creek Golf Club in Canton, Mich. Our theme this year is mastering help for fighting ALS!
After 10 years, Terri and Jeff have weathered the storm and continue to demonstrate their strength in caring for one another. Diagnosed with ALS in 2015, Terri is here living a quality life in her home with her caregiver and husband, Jeff. Together, they’ve demonstrated what a marriage and partnership really look like, particularly after a recent week of hospitalization due to a pesky gallstone and pancreatitis!
Today, Jeff and Terri could probably teach a Masters Class on coping with ALS. They’ve done tremendous research to find ways to livea quality lifestyle while battling a terminal disease. They wouldn’t be able to continue to do the things necessary without your ongoing support. Sign up today and help raise crucial funds to help with Terri’s care.

The fee to golf remains the same at $125 per golfer. Teams of four are $500. The golf fee includes registration welcome at 8:00 am with coffee. We will have a shotgun start at 9:00 am. You will enjoy 18 holes of golf, scramble format with cart, course contests, and gift prizes. Lunch & soft drinks will be served on the course.
Following the golf is a fun dinner reception with a fabulous prize raffle, full dinner, and a cash bar. Ticket to attend the dinner only for non-golfers is $50 per person. Terri and Jeff will be at the banquet ready to thank you for your support again this year!
This event will benefit Terri and the 501c3 non-profit ALS Therapy Development Institute in Boston. This research firm is dedicated solely to find treatments and cures for ALS. Learn more about TDI at www.ALS.net. Sponsorships are available for lunch, dinner, and individual holes.
